Cancellations
Full refunds are available if cancelled more than 14 days before your event date and before game production begins.
Partial Refunds
If production has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
No Refunds After Delivery
Once your game link has been delivered, no refunds are issued unless there is a technical error on our part.
Event Postponement
If your event is postponed, we will transfer your booking to the new date at no charge (subject to availability).
