Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, event details, and any photos or content you upload through our portal.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to create and deliver your personalized event game. We never sell your data to third parties.

Tracking & Advertising
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (ID 1544659680546499) to measure the performance of
our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to understand how visitors interact with our
website. The pixel is only activated after you click Accept on the cookie
consent banner.
Automatic Advanced Matching
When you submit a booking or demo enquiry and have accepted cookies, we may send hashed
(SHA-256) versions of your email address, phone number, name, and approximate location to
Meta to improve the accuracy of ad attribution. These values are hashed before transmission
and are never sent as plain text.
Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking Decline on the cookie
banner or, if you have already made a choice, by clicking Cookie preferences in the site footer and then Decline, or by managing
your ad preferences at
facebook.com/adpreferences
.
Withdrawing consent stops future pixel events but does not delete data already sent to Meta.
POPIA Notice
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we do not activate
the Meta Pixel or transmit any personal information to Meta until you have given explicit
consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, no tracking scripts from Meta will load in
your browser.
